How internet orders sent by CANADA POST are delivered (Procedure)

 

  • A shipping notice is sent to your email address when your order leaves our warehouse.

  • On this shipping notice a Canada Post tracking number is registered. It is important to check it in order to track your package and to know the day of delivery. 

  • You can track your package at: www.canadapost.ca 

  • Always make sure to give a full address (with the apartment number) and to be present on the day to receive the package.

  • There is no weekend delivery.

  • Packages will be sent either in a plastic envelope or in a box.

Upon delivery:

  • Upon delivery, the Canada Post driver will hand over the package and have you sign the proof of receipt.
    • If you are not there to sign for delivery, the driver will leave a Delivery Notice Card with instructions. There will be a drop-off point near the delivery address. You can also use your tracking number to verify where your package has been dropped off.
    • You will have 15 calendar days to pick it up.
    • Afterward, the package will be returned to ASD and you will be charged $15. You can call 450-632-6445 and arrange for the package to be returned to them, at your expense, which is another $15 fee.
